Rene Marie Russo was an American actress, director and supermodel. Her elegant and beautiful beauty Marie is evident in her long-lasting career as an actor and actress. The career of her was launched as a fashion model in 1970, her rise quickly to prominence. After studying acting Russo started her career as a model at the age of Los Angeles. Russo began her film debut in ABCs drama series Sable in 1987 as the character Eden Kendell. Two years later, she portrayed Tom Berengers lover in Major League. Her initial doubts were about her talent as an actor however, the critics were confident after her steady work. Dana White noticed this and in December 2014, at the age of 22, she signed up to compete as a strawweight in the UFC. Rose has had highs and she's also experienced lows throughout her career, yet she has always come in the end on top. In April of 2015, Rose was a part of the fight against Carla Esparza for the inaugural Women s Strawweight Championship at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale where she won by technical knockout just 3 seconds into the first round One and not just champion but getting the honor of being named Fighter Of The Night along and making history in MMA because this was the first time ever that a female fighter competed for a championship title with a major promoter around the world .
